WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Express shipping is available for most of Europe and USA with delivery within 2-4 days. Available for the rest of the world with delivery within 3-7 days.

Shipping times should be used only as a rough guideline and not interpreted as a certain timeframe. Roberta Martini cannot assume responsibility for delays due to strikes; ministerial bans on transport; customs clearance or failure to pay duties due in your country, but in any case we try to minimize any delays.

Your orders can be delivered via DHL, DPD, GLS, FEDEX.

 

HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

For products for which free shipping is not available (products on sale and/or in promotional periods), shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system and displayed on the order confirmation screen, before the customer is asked to complete the ordering process.

I'VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes. You must promptly contact our Customer Service at customerservice@robertamartini.it or call +39 081 3419694

It is not possible to cancel the order if the shipping procedure has already been prepared and started by logistics, but it is possible to activate the return procedure, once the product has been received, by visiting the "EXCHANGES AND RETURNS" section.

 

HOW CAN I EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without specifying the reason within fourteen days. The customer must send any explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract to the customer service provided that it is in written form and signed by the consumer.

 

ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

Yes, pursuant to art. 47, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code, the provisions relating to the right of withdrawal do not apply to contracts negotiated outside commercial premises for which the consumer has paid a fee not exceeding 50 euros (so-called modest value contracts). For purchases made during PROMOTIONAL periods, returns are permitted exclusively with a refund in the form of a voucher.

 

I HAVE WORN THE PRODUCT, CAN I EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

No, the Products must not have been used, worn, washed. The products must not have already been exchanged and/or changed in size;

 

I PURCHASED A PRODUCT ON SALE. CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE?
