Shipping information
Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on Robertamartini.it could be delivered every day of the week. Express shipping is available to all destinations while standard shipping is only available to some countries.
If the delivery times of the ordered product are delayed compared to the delivery times indicated on the Site before the order, Robertamartini.it undertakes to promptly notify the Customer via an e-mail message.
Until the moment of shipment, the Customer has the right to cancel the order or modify it, exclusively by following the procedures reported on the site. The cost of each shipment, the amount of which may vary based on the delivery and payment method as well as the country of destination and the total amount of the order, is added to the overall price of each purchase and is clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the Purchase Contract, within the Site.
Below we report the table of shipping costs which in certain periods may be free for all shipments to Italy.

Shipping Times
The Express shipping service is available for Italy with delivery within 1-2 days, for most of Europe and the USA with delivery within 2-4 days. Available for the rest of the world with delivery within 3-7 days.
The standard shipping service is available for Italy with delivery within 2-6 days.
Our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on the time at the time of shipping. Robertamartini.it cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment, but we try to minimize any delays in any case.
Your orders can be delivered by DHL, DPD, GLS, SDA Poste Italiane.
After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may contact you if we require additional information to verify your payment. Once your order has been approved, it will be sent within 2 working days for available products, and within 5-10 working days for incoming and/or restocking products.
Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery can take between 2 and 7 business days from shipment. We will be happy to provide you with order tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can track your order in the “My Orders” section in your Robertamartini.it account. If you made the purchase in guest mode, you can still track it using the tracking code found in the email.
Although we try to respect the times indicated, we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or for failed payments.
